This first annual policy dialogue will be an opportunity:
- To learn about current cooperation activities in Science and Technology (S&T) between EU and ASEAN countries, both bi-laterally and multilaterally;
- To share cooperation practices through conferences and an exhibition of cooperation projects;
- To address issues of common research interests to both regions through targeted thematic sessions. For the first conference, three topics have been selected in the areas of Health, Energy/climate change and ICT;
- To allow for exchange and networking between stakeholders from SEA and Europe.
